Medical Scheduler / Front Desk Receptionist

Ideal Candidate :

Prior experience in a medical office

Experience with high volume calls.

Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Bilingual

General knowledge of medical insurance and terminology

Duties to include, but not limited to :

• Answer incoming calls
• Schedule appointments
• Convey patient financial information
• Greet patients & visitors
• Scan & upload chart documents
• Collect patient financial responsibly from patients prior to their exams.
