Summary
- The specialist is responsible for assisting on day-to-day operational processing and initiatives related to cash management. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are completed with accuracy and on time, while helping various internal roles related to cash management.
- Monitor and ensure transactions processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls.
- Resolve inquiries, assist in the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of all required issues as directed.
- Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services activities.
- Cross-train for various internal roles within the department and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed.
- Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the business, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Prepare MIS and analysis as requested.
