IT Intern – The Potter’s House Department :
- Information Technology (IT) Location : Dallas, TX Type : Internship (12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week) Compensation : Paid hourly | No overtime | No benefits Working Days Required : Tuesday through Friday & Sunday About the IT Department The Information Technology Department at The Potter’s House supports all aspects of the organization’s digital infrastructure—from live production and broadcast technology to systems administration and user support.

- We are seeking a dedicated and curious IT Intern to support daily technology operations and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, systems support, and user assistance .
- This role provides practical exposure to hardware, software, and network operations within a professional ministry environment. What You’ll Do Assist with Audio / Visual (AV) and livestream production teams during services and special events.
- Support network infrastructure upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
- Assist in upgrading and managing digital signage systems across the campus.
- Develop and update SharePoint intranet pages to improve internal communication.
- Participate in web and mobile app testing, providing quality assurance feedback.
- Assist in developing workflow and process automation using available digital tools.
- Provide end-user technical support, including troubleshooting devices, software, and connectivity.
- Uphold The Potter’s House standards of professionalism, hospitality, and confidentiality. What You’ll Bring Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must provide two (2) non-family recommendation letters (teacher, pastor, or supervisor).
- Interest in information technology, computer science, or systems administration.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with equipment setup. Additional Details Duration :
12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week.Schedule :
