Role Summary The Part-Time BDR generates qualified meetings and new business opportunities with HR, Operations, and Safety leaders across target industries. This entry-level role blends outbound prospecting, field visits, and CRM hygiene to fuel a consistent pipeline. Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and book qualified meetings with HR / Operations / Safety leaders via phone, email, , and field prospecting.
- Build and work targeted outreach lists (ZoomInfo / Sales Navigator) and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
- Nurture warm leads, confirm appointments, and close deals; follow up on open quotes and next steps.
- Support local networking / events (BNI / Chamber) as needed.
- Consistently hit weekly activity targets and monthly meeting goals. Key Performance Indicators (Part-Time Targets)
- 40–60 outbound calls / day (on calling days).
- 50+ targeted emails / week.
- 15+ qualified meetings / month. Qualifications
- 0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or outreach (entry-level friendly).
- Strong verbal and written communication; organized and resilient.
- Comfortable visiting local businesses; valid driver’s license.
- Basic CRM proficiency; HubSpot experience is a plus. Compensation Base Pay : $16 / hour
- Commission : $50 per new account activated 15 + employees (first paid test completed).
- Commission : 5% of net testing revenue from new accounts for the first 90 days after activation.
- Quarterly Accelerator : +2% on the above 5% in any quarter with 12+ new accounts activated.
- Activity Bonuses (monthly) : 15 qualified meetings = $150; 20 = $300; 25+ = $500.
- Ramp : 4-week ramp with a $150 kicker upon completing the first 5 qualified meetings in the ramp month
