About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our growing US team. Youll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company devices, from procurement and setup to refurbishment and decommissioning, while ensuring our hardware and security standards align with Digistore24s global IT policies.
Youll work closely with the IT team in Germany to coordinate new laptop orders, refurbish and repurpose existing hardware, manage software installations, and implement new security standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Procurement
- Coordinate ordering, setup, and distribution of laptops and equipment for US-based employees and contractors.
- Manage refurbishing of existing laptops to ensure devices are updated, cleaned, and securely redeployed.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and accessories, including asset tagging and tracking.
- Handle logistics of shipping and returns within the US.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain device-level security standards (encryption, antivirus, 2FA, firmware updates).Support the rollout of YubiKeys and other authentication tools.Ensure alignment with Digistore24s data protection and IT security policies in coordination with the DE team.Support compliance audits related to hardware and security.Support & Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for US team members needing IT setup or troubleshooting support.Collaborate closely with the DE IT department on system access, configuration, and ticket management.Assist HR during onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment setup, returns, and data wiping).Provide user training on basic IT policies and security practices.Qualifications
24 years of experience in IT operations, hardware management, or technical support.Strong technical knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.Experience with asset management tools, ticketing systems, and remote device management (e.g., Jamf, Intune, MDM).Understanding of IT security best practices (encryption, 2FA, device hardening).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proactive problem solver who can work independently while collaborating with international teams.Based in or near St. Petersburg, FLNice to Have
