The work schedule is 10 days on and 4 days off , with assignments at any Stellar Senior Living property— so lots of travel!

Your Role : As a Sales Specialist, you will drive our community's growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include :

Lead Generation : Cultivate relationships with referral sources and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents.

Sales Excellence : Conduct engaging tours and presentations, guiding families through decision-making with empathy and expertise.

Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For :

We seek a motivated and compassionate individual who possesses :

• Proven experience and success as a Sales and Marketing professional in Senior Living
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with seniors and their families.
• A self-starter mentality, capable of working independently while being a team player.
• Ability to travel 100% for the time.

You’ll be able to visit multiple communities, engaging with potential residents and their families across various locations.
