Iris Comm Lab We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will engage with clients to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and promote our products and services.

Job : On site

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range : $900 - $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with the ordering process, including product inquiries and order status.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service and product offerings.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
