• Must be reliable and posses strong Customer Service, data entry, organizational and email skills
• Look up items and enter into quotes for parts customers
• Enter all data in to MAS 200 system
• Answering emails and phone calls from parts customers and vendors
• Enter price updates from vendors
• Make files & labels for all sales
• Assist department manager with all quoting, invoicing, & packaging of boxes for shipping of all part sales
