Senior Structural Engineer

Location : Remote, Oregon preferred; candidates in other West Coast states (WA, CA) will also be considered

Compensation : $140,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Environment : Remote, with limited travel for site visits and client meetings

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a leadership-level role focused on delivering complex structural engineering solutions while mentoring junior staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

You'll work across a wide range of heavy industrial and infrastructure projects, supporting everything from small retrofits to large-scale greenfield developments. The ideal candidate has a deep foundation in structural engineering, enjoys collaborating in a multi-discipline environment, and is confident in front of clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Design

• Lead structural design for foundations (shallow, mat, and deep) supporting pumps, vessels, buildings, and pipe racks
• Design steel structures including towers, pipe bridges, platforms, and multistory buildings
• Support marine infrastructure such as piers, walkways, bulkheads, and dolphins
• Deliver structural designs for occupied and non-occupied buildings (both prefabricated and stick-built)
• Conduct structural evaluations, retrofits, inspections, and construction support
