job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in a modern and efficient Critical Access Hospital Take over a well-established practice with over 20 years of history Benefit from a strong referral base with 22 referring providers and minimal competition Perform general surgery, including scopes and C-section coverage (training available) Participate in a 1 : 4 call schedule for C-sections; no surgical call requirements Must be Board Eligible or Certified within 5 years post-training Experience in general surgery, scopes, and C-sections Focused on quality care and patient outcomes Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Enjoy a welcoming family-oriented community On-site daycare available at the hospital! Located 2 hours from two major cities and 3 hours from two large metro areas Access to a fantastic fitness center with yearly membership covered Experience a low cost of living—you will be pleasantly surprised! COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - General Surgery
- $455,000 Guaranteed Salary with options for a 2 to 3 year term
- wRVU Production of $55 / wRVU
- $35,000 Signing Bonus
- $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement, Relocation expenses covered, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, etc.
- $5,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
