Strong experience with 3rd-party systems integration and vendor management

Comfortable working with both Windows and Linux environments

Knowledge of databases and SQL + ability to read network architecture diagrams

Excellent communicator—verbal, written, technical and non-technical

Able to work independently, troubleshoot in the field, and wear many hats

Preferred :

Experience with safety systems (CCTV, door locks, PLS, etc.)

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Global travel experience or excitement to see the world while you work

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
