What You'll Be Doing
Handling mid-market commercial accounts across Property, Liability, Fleet, and specialist sectors
Prepping and processing renewals, MTAs, and new business documentation
Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and keep programmes running smoothly
Working with insurers to negotiate terms and cover that work in the real world, not just on paper
Spotting opportunities to add value - whether that's cross-sell, upsell, or better cover options
What You'll Need
Experience in commercial insurance broking (mid-market or larger)
Confident dealing directly with clients and insurers
A knack for staying organised while keeping multiple plates spinning
Team player mentality - because the Account Execs here work closely with their Handlers, not in silos
