Paralegal - Corporate

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Paralegal to support our General Counsel across a wide range of legal matters including higher education, nonprofit governance, HR, real estate, student housing, and general liability. This direct hire, hybrid position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and organize corporate records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and board materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters
• Support legal operations related to HR, real estate, and student housing
• Assist in policy development and monitor legal / regulatory changes

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Legal or Paralegal Studies and Paralegal certification

3–5 years of corporate paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance and HR law

Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
