Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Legal or Paralegal Studies and Paralegal certification
3–5 years of corporate paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance and HR law
Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
