A company is looking for an Ad Operations Manager to lead a team in executing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Ad Operations Specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous learning
Oversee programmatic campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and delivery to ensure timely and successful launches
Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 3 years in a management role
Deep technical understanding of programmatic ecosystems and optimization best practices
Strong knowledge of campaign trafficking, QA, and pixel implementation processes
Experience with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Ad Servers, and Site Analytics Tools
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
