Permanent Physician Opportunity - Internal Medicine in Clinton, IA

MercyOne Clinton is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to maintain a busy practice with support from a dedicated team. This physician will step into a fully developed practice alongside three other internists and one APP, with hospitalist coverage available if desired. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm and is conveniently located, with commutes taking less than 15 minutes within the city. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a well-established patient base in a traditional practice setting.
• Collaborate with a supportive healthcare team, including other physicians and APPs.
• Provide quality patient care, including diagnosis and treatment in Internal Medicine.
• Participate in the call schedule, approximately 1 : 4 weekends.
• Utilize hospitalist coverage when needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
