Yellow Card is the largest and first licensed stablecoin-based infrastructure provider, operating in 20 African countries and the emerging markets. Our mission is to empower businesses of all sizes, making it easier for them to make international payments, protect their financial assets, manage their treasury function, and access hard currency liquidity.

We are looking for a Pricing lead with a background in payments who has experience in collecting and analyzing internal unit cost and external pricing data, including exotic currency exchange rates, to support the evolution of our pricing framework. In this role, you will be rolling up your sleeves and working with stakeholders across the business to build and scale our pricing function.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is organized and driven. Dedicated and passionate about their job, humble, and a real team player to build and maintain COGS and pricing databases.

Key responsibilities include :

• Setting the pricing strategy across all products
• Detailed data analysis to evaluate and understand our COGS to support pricing frameworks
• Building accurate COGS dashboards on a product and corridor basis
• Collaboration with Product, Finance, and Data Teams in order to build out and scale the pricing functions
• Undertaking and evaluating market and competitive analysis on a regular basis
• Partnering with product teams to support FX rate setting relative to USDT
• Setting bespoke prices for large-scale B2B customers
