Real Estate Associate - Multiple Offices

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Las Vegas, Reno or Walnut Creek office. This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, zoning / land use, and commercial leasing.

The successful candidate will have :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and leasing.
• Demonstrated understanding of real property and land use law.
• Demonstrated capacity for independently managing and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
• Candidate must have an active Nevada or California bar license or be eligible and willing to take the Nevada or California bar.

The national average salary for this role is $220,000 - $325,000. Stating salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
