POSITION PROFILE The Cabinetmaker is responsible for the assembly of custom commercial office furniture constructed of wood, granite, glass, metal, etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Use various machinery and hand tools to fabricate custom furniture, including : Conference tables, workstations, reception desks, credenzas etc. Glues, fits and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit. Trims component parts of joints to ensure proper fit. REQUIRED SKILLS : 3-5 years of woodworking experience, preferably in the furniture industry preferred Ability to interpret shop drawings Ability to lift up to 40lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency. Who We Hire? Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
