Supply Chain Network Strategy Lead

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Planning, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related function.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation, and partnership and collaborate / communicate across teams cross-functionally to achieve process and performance excellence.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and work across teams.
• Experience in managing complex and / or interdependent initiatives in a matrix format.
• Ability to translate trends and insights into functional implications.
• Experience with one or more of the following software / processes : Python, Planisware, scenario analysis
• Industry experience in Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical
• Experience with financial tools routinely used in business case valuation (e.g., NPV analysis).
• Experience developing and delivering program presentations for senior-level stakeholders to advise on historical and future program status is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required.
• A demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders is required.
• Ability to influence without authority at all levels including senior leaderships required.
• Digital proficiency is preferred.
