We are looking to hire a current Purdue University graduate student to serve as our Interim ECE Front Desk Worker at our Purdue Indianapolis location. The responsibilities include managing the ECE office suite by greeting department visitors and directing them accordingly, performing clerical duties, tracking and ordering supplies, assisting instructional faculty with tasks like preparing exam and desk copies, ensuring lab rooms are accessible to students and teaching assistants, and reserving rooms for events and student societies. It is expected that this individual will work 20-24 hours / week.
