Location : Lake Elsinore, CA

Temp-to-hire

Up to $25 / hour

4 / 10 alternative work schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, 10-hour shifts, Fridays off).

Position Overview :

This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and works closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping / Receiving, Quality Assurance, and Management. The Material Control Clerk is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting manufacturing requirements, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory through an MRP / ERP system, as well as preparing and kitting materials for assemblies.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and reconcile inventory records using MRP systems

Store hazardous materials safely and dispose of expired materials as needed

Verify incoming shipments, tag supplies, and stock shelves

Deliver materials to work areas and kit supplies for production

Review production schedules and requisition necessary materials

Rotate stock and perform regular cycle counts

Communicate with department supervisors to assess progress and adjust supply needs

Prepare accurate status and inventory reports

Requirements :

High school diploma and at least 3 years of related experience (Material Control or Purchasing preferred)

Proficiency with MRP / ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required

This position requires someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
