About the Role
As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at Aurumys , your primary role is to be the connector for investors / investment companies who seek to acquire investment properties. Youll have full access to our inventory to sell properties from the first day you start. Your time will be spent fielding and generating leads, meeting with investors, showing investment properties, working with the acquisitions team to analyze inventory, etc. Being on the Aurumys team, youll be surrounded in your office by highly motivated, highly competitive, high-integrity team mates. About the Training

Training is a massive part of our culture here at Aurumys. We love experimenting and trying new methods to find the edge. When you start at Aurumys, youll get formal training that can last anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on how fast you adapt. During this time, you are also active in the field, technically able to facilitate transactions and make money (it happens fairly often). While in the field, youll get a multitude of opportunities and curriculum to shadow other veteran sales managers in action, as well as someone to help you every step of the way for your first few transactions - what we call field training. Youll also get continuous training throughout your entire career at Aurumys, which will consist of both field training and more formal depending on the week.
