Experience Desired : Technical Design experience with Women's Sleepwear Apparel (6-8 yrs); Experience using 3D software a bonus (Clo3D, Browzwear, etc.). (6-8 yrs); Technical education in garment fit & construction (6-8 yrs); Knowledge of sleepwear & apparel patternmaking, construction, fit and grading (6-8 yrs); Knowledge of factory, manufacturing techniques and machinery. (6-8 yrs); Experience using a product development technical specification program (PDM, PLM etc). (6-8 yrs); Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel (6-8 yrs)

Support the technical design team in partnering with Design and Merchant teams as well as other cross functional associates including Raw Material, Regional TD, Product Development, Product Performance, Production & Sourcing, QA and Vendors and trim / component suppliers.

Being flexible to work within different categories and taking responsibility for the technical development of new styles and application of all quality standards relating to fit and construction.

Ensure garment consistency across product categories, analyze and communicate risk during development cycle and continuously seek to drive product improvements to ensure best in class fit, comfort and performance with goal of consistently exciting our customers and exceeding wearing expectations.
