Commercial Sales Manager

Pay : $k+ annually

Shift : Day Shift

Job Type : Direct Hire

Duties and Responsibilities :

Prepare and submit detailed sales quotations to customers, including thermal design, costing, and specification reviews / clarifications.
Research and communicate customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings.
Negotiate with customers to secure orders while ensuring company profitability and adherence to fabrication constraints.
Assign quotations and provide multipliers to the Sales Department.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of terms and conditions and large project negotiations.
Document all sales activities and proposals within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Comply with the Tender Review and Approval Process requirements.
Attend design verification meetings to facilitate smooth order transitions to the Projects team.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, government regulations, and shop capabilities.
Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with sub-suppliers during the quotation process.
Contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.
Foster professional and cooperative communication with customers and all levels of staff.
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company’s products and services.

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field from a four-year accredited college or university.

Requirements :

Regular and punctual attendance.

Ability to work on-site as required.

Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to interchange responsibilities with others in the department as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with team members and engage respectfully with customers, vendors, employees, and executive management.
