Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced Creative Team supporting the development and enhancement of web experiences across multiple departments. As a Website Designer, you'll contribute to both the visual and functional aspects of websites, from concept to launch, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with organizational branding. This role blends visual creativity with front-end development skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with department stakeholders to gather web and branding requirements and translate them into UI / UX solutionsDesign and develop responsive websites and UI elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptEnhance usability and interactivity of departmental websites with animations, visual components, and accessibility standardsSupport content creation and visual alignment for multiple simultaneous web projectsWork closely with developers, product managers, and creative professionals to ensure cohesive and user-centric outcomesQualifications and Requirements
2+ years of experience in website or user interface design in a collaborative environmentProficient in front-end development tools and practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Strong design sense and familiarity with UI / UX principles and responsive design standardsExperience working within a content management system (CMS) and contributing to multi-departmental web initiativesStrong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage overlapping deliverables and prioritiesAdditional Requirements :

The Pay Rate range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
