What You Will Be Doing :
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and sincere welcomePerform all functions of guest registry including check in and check out, updating reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy, swift but correct room assignment while meeting luxury standardsIssue keys while ensuring utmost safety and confidentialityMaintain and protect guest privacy and discretionSettle guest accounts while ensuring all services standards are followedMaintain a company issued bank and accurately report receipts daily, while adhering to company cash handling policiesAssist guests and answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayDrive revenue through room upsells and cross-promotion of other hotel outletsBuilds strong rapport with support departmentsCreate reservations for guests who are at the desk or who call in after hoursConsistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceResolve guest issues and inquires, and escalate to Supervisor or Manager when appropriateOther duties as assignedQualifications
Your Experience and Skills Include :
Ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in Front Office operations in a luxury setting an assetAn operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems-Micros-Fidelio and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in English required, bilingual is an assetExcellent written / verbal communication, coaching and interpersonal skillsStrong guest service orientation, utilizing empathy and creative thinkingAbility to work well under pressureThrives in a fast-paced environmentDesire to work as part of a large, diverse teamWe are a dog-friendly property, comfortability to work around animals and animal dander is necessary.Frequent walking and standing during shiftMay occasionally exert up to 25 pounds lift, carry, push, or pull objectsMust have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.Additional Information
