Lake and Pond Maintenance, Operations Manager

This is a high-impact role that ensures our clients receive exceptional stormwater system service, while leading crews to perform at their best. You'll be at the heart of Dragonfly Pond Works' mission-delivering quality work, maximizing team productivity, and helping drive the success of every project.

Location : Wilmington, NC 28401

Pay range : $ 65,000 - $75,000

Requirements

• At least one year of former field experience (Lake / Pond Maintenance, Construction, or Landscaping).
• Excellent managerial capabilities and current experience in a leadership role.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including the Operations Team, Client Service Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Adapt and / or improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors.
• Capability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
• Aptitude to work outside for long periods of time in unfavorable conditions.
• Willingness to travel to assist other branches with notice.
• Systems-oriented.
• Results-driven.
