Managing Director, Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation Product Management

BDO USA invites a senior leader to oversee the product lifecycle for proprietary technology solutions that elevate our tax practice and client service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap & Value Creation – Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; manage scope, budget, and timeline; lead the product team and coordinate with leadership to track business value.
• Product Development Lifecycle Management – Champion agile development practices; oversee requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing plans, release logistics, and change management; ensure compliance with policy and risk standards.
• Stakeholder Management – Serve as the face of the product for stakeholders; obtain buy‑in; liaison between business and developers; proactively manage expectations; collaborate with OTQRM to adhere to quality and risk standards.
• Deployment, Adoption & Implementation – Jointly responsible with deployment teams for strategy; guide training needs; address user concerns and ensure successful adoption.
• Market Presence – Lead strategy discussions with pursuit teams; develop market strategy with marketing; present BDO’s technology stack in pursuits and educate professionals on effective use of tools.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Salary Range

National : $200,000 - $350,000

Maryland : $200,000 - $350,000

NYC / Long Island / Westchester : $200,000 - $350,000
