What you'll do :

As the newest full-time optometrist, you will join a dedicated team of seven employees to conduct routine comprehensive exams and provide exceptional patient care. The work schedule consists of five days a week : Monday- Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The practice offers an excellent benefits package, which includes paid time off, a production bonus, malpractice insurance, a continuing education allowance, and a relocation stipend. Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities :

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his / her job duties

Working Conditions
