• Remote About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-visibility technology initiatives across a large, multi-hospital healthcare system. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules, along with a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of healthcare IT projects within a multi-hospital environment. Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and success metrics. Monitor project performance and provide consistent status updates to leadership. Proactively identify project risks, manage issues, and drive resolution. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience implementing Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant in a large, multi-hospital setting. Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and execution of project implementation activities. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities. PMP certification strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; clinical education background is a plus.
