About this Position Position / Specialty : MRI Tech Shift : 5x8s, 1p-9 : 30p (M-F) Weekend REQ : Possibly, if on call On-call REQ ? Yes on call rotation among staff members. Call is M-F (6p-5 : 30a) and weekends from 5 : 30a on Saturday until Monday morning at 5 : 30a. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities (Y / N)? No Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : At least 1 year of experience First-timer travelers accepted (Y / N) : No Certs REQ : BLS, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Equipment Experience REQ : Philips Radiation Badge REQ : No Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : (Y / N) : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. • Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
