Data Sciences Research Intern

Leidos is seeking a motivatedintern to support our work in Data Sciences research. The position will be based out of our Arlington VA office OR San Diego CA. However this position is available as remote work or onsite.

This candidate will work with other researchers and engineers in research projects focused on developing innovative data science solutions. Tasks involved in this research include adapting and extending data science technologies to new applications developing prototypes drafting research papers and supporting existing cyber programs. The candidate must be intellectually adaptive inquisitive communicative a self-starter and problem-solver and self-managed when necessary. The intern will be responsible for developing defending executing and presenting the results of a research plan.

Primary Responsibilities

• At the direction of the project lead analyze and assess internal projects and artifacts as part of developing innovative data science solutions.
• Support analysis and interpretation of experimental results by senior researchers and decision-makers.
• Communicate plans and results effectively through written status reports and presentations.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $46800.00 - $84600.00
