Key Responsibilities
Own 2-5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
Lead job kickoffs, create job descriptions, and support interview plans
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing candidate experience and reducing time-to-fill
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
Proven ability to hire for individual contributor and mid-to-senior level roles
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
