Position Summary

At McKesson, we deliver better health by ensuring our customers receive the products they need - safely, efficiently, and on time. As Director of Operations for our Holt Distribution Center, you'll lead all aspects of facility performance, including operational execution, financial accountability, inventory management, and strategic planning.

You'll be responsible for creating a high-performing environment that prioritizes safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with regional and cross-functional teams to align local execution with enterprise goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align local operations with regional strategy and enterprise initiatives.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure teams are working toward shared goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Engineering, Six Sigma, Finance, and Transportation to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and labor planning challenges.
• Support profitable growth through partnership with Sales and Buying Center teams.

$111,200 - $185,300
