What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to design beautiful rooms and recommend furniture and accessories

Offer in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and preferences

Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of furniture in customers' homes

Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales and coordinating home visits

Maintain knowledge of furniture styles and products while achieving sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field, or 2 to 4 years of related experience

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer appointments

Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Room Planner software

Ability to maintain consistent sales levels and meet key performance metrics

Clean driving record and verification of minimum state-required car insurance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

ASID certification is preferred

Experience in the furniture business or interior design sales

Proficiency in full-shot image software

Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse clients

Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
