Arizona Licensed Service Agent

A company is looking for a Part-Time Service Agent I.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact blood donors to recruit for blood donation and update donor records

Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates

Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)

Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center

Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Must commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and one of the specified schedules

Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
