About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a proven Commercial Lines Producer with a strong background in Oil & Gas or Contractor accounts (other commercial niches also welcome). The ideal candidate is motivated, well-connected, and ready to grow within a high performing team backed by national resources and local autonomy.

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ years at your current agency (stability and loyalty are valued)

TX Property & Casualty License required

Demonstrated success building and maintaining a Book of Business of $2–3M+ in premium

Ability to develop and retain long-term client relationships

Entrepreneurial drive and the desire to build equity in your career
