Data Analytics Consultant

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to provide analytical support related to the costing study of rehabilitation services in Ukraine. Key Responsibilities Support cost analysis of rehabilitation services and local data collection efforts Lead facility-level cost analysis and develop customized Excel-based tools for cost allocation Conduct system-level cost analysis and create dashboards to visualize findings Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in computer science, health informatics, statistics, data analysis, or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis and public health information systems Background in public health strongly preferred Experience with data organization, visualization, and reporting of program metrics Competency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Ukrainian and / or Russian languages considered an asset
