job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInfluence senior leaders with clear, compelling analytical storytelling Evaluate performance of ML systems (classification, recommendation, LLM-based models) and guide decision-making 5+ years in data science or product analytics (consumer or marketplace experience ideal) Advanced SQL & Python proficiency Strong grounding in statistics and experimental design Experience structuring ambiguous problems and driving measurable business impact Ability to analyze ML models and understand trade-offs & product implications Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence Medical insurance Vision insurance

Base pay range
$175,000.00 / yr - $300,000.00 / yr
What You’ll Do
- Lead deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes
- Build and enhance data models, metrics, and dashboards used across teams
- Design, run, and interpret controlled A / B tests at scale
- Partner with Product & Engineering to embed experimentation best practices into the development cycle
Improve and scale the analytics / data stack to enable stronger self-serve insights
