Nexeo HR is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist for one of the world’s top logistics and shipping providers, located in Fort Worth, TX . This is a long-term, full-time opportunity in a dynamic, high-volume warehouse environment. If you have a sharp eye for detail, experience in quality control or logistics, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of inbound and outbound freight to ensure product integrity.
Identify, record, and report non-conforming items using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
Verify shipments meet client specifications, internal quality benchmarks, and industry standards.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory control teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and participate in internal quality audits.
Support overall warehouse operations while adhering to all safety protocols and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is required.

Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is a strong plus.

Background in quality control, freight inspection, or supply chain compliance preferred.

Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

20.00 - $22.50 Per Hour

Schedule

A1 Shift (Weekdays) : $20.00 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6 : 00AM to 5 : 00 PM

A2 Shift (Weeknights) : $21.50 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM

B1 Shift (Weekend Days) : $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

B2 Shift (Weekend Nights) : $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM
