Job Summary
- Min. 6+ yrs of experience of experience in Informatica Power center Support and development work
- Self-driven to understand the existing data model and the data processing workflows in the existing DWH landscape
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Job failure incidents or data mismatch / missing reported by the users and fix the data issues at root-level
- Design, develop, and test new mappings and dataflows and enhance existing ones based on business requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
- Solid understanding of data management concepts, data integration, and data quality best practices.
- Experienced in Analysis of Job failures, and data mismatch / inconsistency between source file, staging table and target tables.
- Resolve and close incidents within the Service Level Agreements
- Performance maintenance of the existing ETL jobs that meets the customer expectation
- Good proactive communication skills (verbal & writing) to engage with different stakeholders (Client SME's, business User, other Support groups)
- Work pro-actively to prevent potential issues that's probable in the Informatica mappings / tables / data
- Weekend Support for P1 tickets during off-business hrs / weekends
- Prepare Knowledge Document for reference
Report daily status of incidents / SR's / Enhancements to Management
