Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in turning our customer complex projects into a success, providing domain expertise and guidance by identifying customers' requirements, highlighting risks, identifying gaps, writing solution design documents, developing and / or reviewing technical configurations and BPM workflow scripts to meet customer expectations and budgets.

What you'll be doing :

• Build and integrate information systems to meet the company's needs
• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
• Resolve technical problems as they arise
• Inform customers about any problems with the technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Review implemented configuration and scripts from project delivery teams
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets
