Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living

Location : M ust reside in Virginia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living   to join a respected, regionally recognized healthcare organization. This hybrid (remote / field)  opportunity offers a balanced Monday–Friday schedule, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting community-level operations across the North Region.

Daytime schedule

Daily Responsibilities for Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living :

Lead and support operations across multiple senior living communities

Ensure quality, financial health, and resident satisfaction

Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, compliance, and culture

Mentor and develop Executive Directors to drive retention and growth

Collaborate with regional leaders in Sales, Resident Care, Dining, and Programming

Analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies

Partner with senior leadership for regional reporting and operational updates

Promote company culture and foster trust and accountability across teams

Required Qualifications for Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living :

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years multi-site senior living leadership experience

2+ years as Executive Director in a licensed senior living community

Financial, budgeting, and operational management skills

  • Compensation : $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 / year
  • Full-time, permanent position
