Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

ExecuSource is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) that is looking for an opportunity to work at the largest allergy practice in Georgia. This is a Contract to Hire position located in Woodstock, GA.

Schedules : All locations closed 12p-1p

Woodstock, GA :

Monday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Thursday 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Friday 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Duties :

• Assist the physician as instructed with patient care during office visits.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, such as skin testing, and pulmonary function testing.
• Administer immunotherapy injections and maintain extract and records of treatment.
• Treat emergency and priority patients, including the use of CPR, if necessary.
• Assist the physician with patients by telephone, including instructions to sick patients and prescription refills.
• Assist in management and treatment of reactions which occur secondary to immunotherapy.
• Maintain an aseptic environment appropriate for medical office.
• Educate patients on their physical condition, treatment plan, use of equipment and medication delivery devices, environmental controls, and any other issues which may affect the patient's care.
