Opportunity Details :

Shared single entrance and waiting area with Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and physician workspace

36 patient contact hours / week

Patient volume : 18-20

100% Outpatient

Outpatient Internal Medicine call 1 : 18 (Second Call)

Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services

On-site X-ray and lab services
