This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting our CFO—designed for someone with strong organizational skills, a knack for numbers, and a long-term interest in financial management, accounting, or operations.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how legal, financial, and operational decisions are made in a growing consulting business. You’ll help maintain our financial backbone while gaining exposure to contract management, project costing, invoicing, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize financial records and confidential documents in both digital and physical formats
  • Support cost accounting tasks, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing documentation for analysis
  • Assist with contract documentation, expense approvals, and invoice tracking to support project-level financials
  • Collaborate with the PMO to ensure accurate filing and execution of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and task orders
  • Assist the CFO in preparing internal presentations, financial dashboards, and special project reports
  • Manage incoming requests via email and mail—ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Coordinate training sessions, internal events, and department-wide communications
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the finance and legal teams
  • Learn and apply basic financial principles (e.g., accruals, billability, earned value) in day-to-day tasks
  • Why Join OSI?

  • Learn the inner workings of a modern ERP consulting firm with exposure to finance, operations, and contracts
  • Get mentoring directly from the CFO and PMO
  • In-person collaboration environment with real-time feedback, growth, and visibility
  • Fast-paced, ethical, and fun culture where learning is encouraged
  • Exceptional benefits and a career-launching opportunity for the right person
  • Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; bonus for familiarity with financial reporting tools
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential business and legal materials
  • Interest in financial planning, project accounting, or business operations
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow into more responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills—able to work cross-functionally and hold internal teams accountable when needed
