Job Description
Job Description : The Project Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Accounting tasks, accounts payable, reporting, data entry, billing, invoicing
Support the accounting team
Answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office scheduleMaintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expendituresOrganizing, attending, and participating in meetingsFollowing up on important actions and decisions from meetingsPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsEnsuring project deadlines are metProviding administrative support as neededDeveloping project strategiesEnsuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each projectCreate a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectiveAdhere to all Safety and CORP policies and proceduresWork as part of one UniTek GS, supporting and protecting the brand value.Requirements
Education / Experience Required :
Accounting experience requiredAssociates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experienceCandidate must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug testing and random drug screening.Position Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExperience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with Spectrum, Ariba, and / or any other ERP operating systems a PLUSKnowledge of file management and other administrative proceduresAbility to work on tight deadlinesPhysical Requirements :
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a dayWorking on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.Typical office environment
