A company is looking for a Lead Developer. Key Responsibilities Design and develop multi-tier web solutions while enhancing code quality and infrastructure Lead a cross-disciplinary Agile team in planning, execution, and product backlog grooming Optimize website performance and collaborate with internal customers to meet business requirements Required Qualifications 8+ years of .NET MVC web development experience, preferably in retail eCommerce 5+ years of experience with relational databases 3+ years of experience leading development teams under Agile scrum framework Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience; Master's degree preferred Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
