This is an excellent opportunity leading a technology team as we modernize our core credit card systems and drive growth for FNBO. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of back-end mainframe systems but also strong in modern technologies such as Java, API development, and cloud enablement. The Delivery Manager is responsible and accountable for how our technology solutions are delivered and supported. They provide thought leadership, coaching and direction for all assigned staff and establish / enforce standards and best practices for the technologies and applications their teams develop and support.

Compensation
Compensation range (base pay) : $112,366.00-$191,023.00. This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and / or skill level.
