Shift :   FT Nights - 6 : 30pm to 7 : 00am Three 12 hour shifts with the rotation of weekends and holidays.

Overview :

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a critical role in providing hands-on support to patients experiencing acute mental health and behavioral challenges. This includes individuals coping with severe psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, emotional crises, and sometimes aggressive or unpredictable behavior. BHTs assist with daily care, therapeutic activities, de-escalation techniques, and safety monitoring, often during emotionally intense situations.

Qualifications :

• Preferred Education : High School Diploma and / or Nurse Assistant training course
• Preferred Experience :

Behavioral Health, Psych, or Direct Support Professional
